Meet a New Type of Company: Business-to-Entrepreneur
When discussing the types of clients we serve, we’ve typically said we’re a B2B company. However, we don’t feel that truly conveys the type of people we work with. A much better representation would be B2E: Business-to-Entrepreneur. While the majority of what we do is for other businesses, we still think of most of our direct clients as #entrepreneurs, or intrapreneurs, if you want to be specific.
Everyone we work with is trying to create a new product or improve an existing one. They range from hobbyists, to solo inventors who work multiple jobs, to small business owners, to employees of large corporations. This is why the label of B2B just doesn’t fully encompass the work we do.
3D printing is inherently entrepreneurial due to it being a constantly evolving technology that is revolutionizing how things are made. Whether you’re replicating an existing part, improving an old design, creating a new product, or designing for manufacturing, 3D design and 3D printing can likely help you do it more efficiently than traditional methods. Entrepreneurs in industries such as automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, industrials, consumer goods, architectural, engineering, construction, healthcare, and medical devices are all utilizing 3D technology to help them innovate.
We take pride in our ability to be able to collaborate with individuals from NYC and beyond who think outside the box and have an unstoppable drive to make progress. We learn something new from every client and project we work on. Incorporating entrepreneurial thinking into everything we do is essential to our mutual success.
